Insurance Information

At Zastrow Dentistry we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We are not under contract or a “preferred provider” with any insurance company.  This simply means you will be held responsible for any portion of your bill that is not paid for by the insurance company.  Some insurance companies elect to pay the subscriber directly instead of sending the payment to us.  In those cases, you are expected to pay for services at the time of treatment.  If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff.
