“We know the success of our practice is dependent not only on the approach and quality of our treatment, but the experience and treatment from the rest of our team as well. The entire staff is dedicated to making you feel comfortable, informed, and relaxed. We are very proud of our team’s knowledge and compassion and hope that you will have the most optimal visit and experience possible.”
– Ryan Zastrow
Leigh (Zastrow) Compton was born in Rifle, Colorado and moved to the Vail Valley when she was 7 years old. She graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in Biology. A couple years after graduating she came back home to help her parents with the dental practice and eventually evolved into becoming the office manager. She feels very fortunate to be able to now work with her father and brother on a daily basis.
Her interests seem to be centered on the outdoors. In the summer she enjoys hiking, biking, fly fishing, and camping. The winters are primarily about skiing and volleyball for her.
She also loves spending time with her husband, nieces, nephew and extended family whenever possible.
Jaryn moved to the Vail Valley from Southern Ohio in 2015. Coming from a dental family, she jokes that she grew up in a dental office and has been confirming appointments since before she could see over the counters. Jaryn and her husband, Michael, live in McCoy and have one daughter, Lindsey. 2019 is her favorite year yet because that is when her first grandchild, Emma, came along!
She enjoys leather crafting, fishing, camping, 4 wheeling and sitting around a fire with friends and family as often as she can.

They have attended Brush Creek Elementary, Eagle Valley Middle School and graduated from Eagle Valley High School. Tracey’s son is currently attending Colorado Mesa University and her daughter will be attending St. Petersburg College in Florida on a volleyball scholarship. In her free time she has enjoyed being able to hike and run on some of the most beautiful trails. Some of these runs were to train for one of the 9 marathons that she has finished. Tracey also enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, spending time with her boyfriend and his two children, and floating some of the rivers in the summer months.
