Leigh Compton
Leigh (Zastrow) Compton was born in Rifle, Colorado and moved to the Vail Valley when she was 7 years old. She graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in Biology. A couple years after graduating she came back home to help her parents with the dental practice and eventually evolved into becoming the office manager. She feels very fortunate to be able to now work with her brother on a daily basis.
When she is not working she is usually outdoors. She enjoys hiking, biking, fly fishing, camping, and skiing. She has become an avid hunter in the last few years and it has become something she looks forward to every fall. She also loves spending time with her husband, nieces, nephew and extended family whenever possible.
Jaryn Montgomery
Jaryn moved to the Vail Valley from Southern Ohio in 2015. Coming from a dental family, she jokes that she grew up in a dental office and has been confirming appointments since before she could see over the counters. She is our OSHA Officer and has certificates in Dental Infection Prevention and Control, Respiratory Protection, and Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention.
Jaryn and her husband, Michael, live in McCoy and have one daughter, Lindsey. 2019 is her favorite year yet because that is when her first grandchild, Emma, came along! She enjoys leather crafting, fishing, camping, 4 wheeling and sitting around a fire with friends and family as often as she can.
She has been on both sides of the desk and knows that the dentist is not most people’s favorite place. She always works hard to make every experience at our office a positive one.
Aracelys Hernandez
Aracelys was born in Cuba and moved to the US when she was 6 years old. She lived in Florida prior to moving here in 2018. She has been in dentistry for approximately 3 years with some experience in the medical field as well.
She really enjoys healthcare and loves being able to make a difference in people’s lives. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her cat, hiking, reading, writing and painting her nails. She also has a great sense of humor if you are paying close enough attention to her sneaky antics.

Staci has been in dentistry for 30 years and is most interested in caring for people and making them feel at ease. When she isn’t at the dental office she likes to spend time with her family, read, hike and travel.
Since it seems to be a common question from patients we thought we should mention that she is a natural red-head and her lovely eyelashes are real.
